MetarchMetarch is a product of Frame 117 ("Frame 117", "we", "us"), operating from Belgium. These terms govern your use of Metarch at frame117.com/metarch and everything in it. By creating an account you accept them.
You sign in with a Google account, or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done under yours. One account per person. Don't share logins. We can suspend an account being used to abuse the service, resell access, or break these terms.
Metarch is a research and planning tool. It reads public YouTube data, scores it, and gives you somewhere to plan against it. It never publishes, uploads, edits or deletes anything on your YouTube channel. Our access to Google is read-only and always has been.
Metarch uses YouTube API Services. By using Metarch you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Metarch's access to your Google data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
YouTube API quota is finite and shared. Automated scraping of Metarch, reselling or redistributing raw data pulled through it, or driving it with third-party bots is not permitted. Unusual load may be throttled. We will tell you before we throttle you unless the load is causing an outage.
Your ideas, notes, uploaded thumbnails, channel lists, watchlists and Strategist figures belong to you. We store them only to run the service. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them to train machine-learning models. Delete your account and they go. See the Privacy Policy for how and when.
The outlier scoring models, the median / average / subscriber score methodology, the vault index, the niche models, the interface and the code are ours and are protected by copyright. You may use the output inside your own business. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the product or its data sets.
Metarch is analysis, not a promise. Nothing in the product or on this site is a guarantee of views, subscribers, revenue or growth. Public YouTube data is imperfect: it can be delayed, revised, incomplete or withdrawn by the platform, and our scores inherit those limits. Every decision you make with it is yours.
We aim to keep Metarch running and will not pretend to promise uninterrupted service. Features can be added, changed or retired. If we retire a paid feature during a period you have paid for, we will credit the remainder of that period against your next renewal.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost data caused by third-party platforms, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or your rights under Belgian and EU consumer law.
You can close your account at any time. We can end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving you notice and a chance to fix it unless the breach is fraud or an attack on the service. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and disputes fall under Belgian jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We update the date at the top when they change. Material changes are emailed to registered users before they take effect.
By purchasing any service from Frame 117 ("we", "us"), you agree to the following terms.
Each service is described on this page. What's listed is what's included, but we are more than happy to exchange types of service when in writing and agreed to by both parties. For example "up to 4 calls" means we could do 0, 1, 2, or 3 calls and replace the others with in-depth async feedback/text chats/looms. You're paying for our time, knowledge, and direction. That's exactly what you'll get no matter the format.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and paid as such or EUR if you're in the EU. By completing a purchase you confirm you have the authority to use the payment method provided. Payment is due in full at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not offer refunds within 24 hours of a scheduled call or session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so more than 24 hours in advance by emailing creative@frame117.com. No-shows are non-refundable. For multi-session packages, unused sessions are non-refundable once the engagement has started and we will literally deny other clients in order to focus on your work. As such, we cannot offer refunds as lost work cannot be replaced.
Results depend on you showing up, doing the work, and applying what we discuss. We bring the strategy, direction, and knowledge. Execution is on you. We can't grow your channel for you if you don't act on what we build together. But we will be the best support system you have ever had. We want YOU to win. We love coaching people to success. If you are working with us, we will care deeply about your success. We simply ask that you do the same.
We keep your business details, channel data, and anything shared in sessions confidential. We ask the same in return - our frameworks, processes, and materials are proprietary and not to be shared or resold. Please do not do so at the risk of legal action. Or an army of Orcs.
Either party may end a long term engagement with 30 days written notice. Any sessions already completed are non-refundable. Any sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion dependent on work done but will not be refunded at 100%, if at all. Example: If we find you a niche, and help execute on some ideas, but you decide to quit the channel? This means that niche is now lost for any other client and we cannot use it in the future. This is a major loss for a channel building program. As such there will be no refunds in the majority of cases. This should be the expectation.
Frame 117's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any indirect losses arising from our services or advice, or inaction on the part of the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be handled under Belgian jurisdiction.
Results are not typical. Your results will vary and depend on many factors including your background, experience, resources, niche, and the effort you put in.
All business carries risk and requires consistent effort and action. Frame 117 cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any particular income using our ideas, strategies, or coaching.
Nothing on this page, in our programs, or in our materials is a promise or guarantee of future earnings. Any financial figures, channel statistics, or client results referenced are illustrative of what is possible - not what is guaranteed or typical.
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult with your own qualified advisors before making any business decisions.
You alone are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. By working with us, you agree not to hold Frame 117, its founders, or its affiliates liable for your outcomes at any time or under any circumstance.
